Spin Cycle Challenge Mount Everest
I just rode up Mount Everest on a Spin Bike!! What an enlightening experience! On Saturday April 25th, Josh Taylor, a master spin instructor, came to my Studio to take us on an incredible two hour journey. Obviously, we did not actually ride up Mount Everest, but the experience was still a major physical and mental challenge. Our limits were tested and the questions that kept coming up were "how willing are we to push ourselves out of our comfort zones" and "how do we react once there"? Do we back down or do we find our inner strength?
I Love Pilates
"I had an incredibly hard workout with my trainer, one which really hit my hamstrings hard. The kind of workout that when you wake up the next day, you remember it as soon as you step one foot down out of bed!! I was so tight, touching my toes was painful. I went to the studio and took a great Mat class with Stephanie. It was a relief, it totally opened up and released my hamstrings and glutes. After class touching my toes was a pleasure. One class, only One, can have such an effect. It's Brilliant!!!
