I Love Pilates
"I had an incredibly hard workout with my trainer, one which really hit my hamstrings hard. The kind of workout that when you wake up the next day, you remember it as soon as you step one foot down out of bed!! I was so tight, touching my toes was painful. I went to the studio and took a great Mat class with Stephanie. It was a relief, it totally opened up and released my hamstrings and glutes. After class touching my toes was a pleasure. One class, only One, can have such an effect. It's Brilliant!!!
Simple steps to greater health
I spent the past weekend in New York City at a seminar, whose guest speaker was John Doulliard, an Ayuredic and chiropratic physician. One of the things he spoke about was a very simple step to greater health and weight loss. That step is eating only 3 meals a day and NO snacking. This allows the body to burn fat and help stabilize blood sugars. If we eat 6 small meals a day we never give the body a chance to burn fat for fuel. It's like filling your car up with gas even when it doesn't need it.... What happens when fuel spills out!!! Think about that!!!
